Anxiety is often characterized as "crippling" for a reason. It can manifest in a variety of symptoms, including restlessness, worry, irritability, and insomnia, making it difficult for individuals to face or perform even the simplest tasks.

As a licensed psychologist, I am here to help clients address , confront, and overcome their chronic or situational anxiety using a broad array of evidence-based techniques. My services include:

  • Comprehensive assessments to identify the type and severity of anxiety;

  • Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety;

  • Exposure therapy to help individuals confront and overcome their fears;

  • Mindfulness-based therapies to promote relaxation and reduce stress; and/or

  • Psychiatric referral where necessary.
